About ReachLLM — The AI-Native GEO Agency for AI Search Visibility

About ReachLLM

We built ReachLLM because we ran into the problem ourselves

ReachLLM is an AI-native Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) agency that helps brands get mentioned, cited, and recommended in AI-generated answers across ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews.

We started while building Carbon2Capital, a climate-tech company. We realized people were no longer relying only on Google — they were asking AI systems for recommendations. Brands that looked strong in traditional search were still missing from AI-driven discovery. So we built the solution.

What We Are

An AI-native agency for AI search visibility

We specialize exclusively in Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) — the discipline of improving how AI models perceive, cite, and recommend your brand.

We help brands improve how they show up across AI-powered search by combining GEO strategy, prompt coverage analysis, citation research, content and technical fixes, managed execution, and ongoing measurement. See how our process works.

We don't just show brands they're missing from AI answers. We uncover what's hurting LLM visibility, what to fix first, and how to improve it measurably.

Why Different

Built around the reality that GEO is hard, especially for SMBs

The gap we saw

Most SMBs know AI search matters, but they don't know where to start, which prompts drive AI recommendations, what's reducing their LLM visibility, or how to keep up with a category that keeps changing.

Which prompts matter for my brand?
Why am I missing from AI answers?

What we learned

Generative Engine Optimization is not one-size-fits-all. What improves AI search visibility depends on industry, domain authority, target prompts, model behavior, and the sources shaping AI-generated answers.

Early Proof

Tested in real client work

Our GEO methodology has been validated through hands-on client engagements. Here is one example of what structured AI visibility work looks like in practice.

Emirates Graphic already had strong traditional SEO and was being mentioned in the right places. The issue was that AI engines were still not recommending them enough. We expanded their AI search visibility from a small initial prompt footprint to a broader set of prompts, while increasing the range of pages being cited by AI models.

Good SEO does not automatically translate into good AI search visibility. Generative Engine Optimization requires its own methodology, its own prompt strategy, and its own citation-building approach.

What We Believe

Our principles on GEO and AI search visibility

AI is the new discovery layer

If a brand is missing from AI answers, it is missing from an increasingly important part of how people decide what to trust.

SEO does not equal AI visibility

Brands can have strong websites and still be misrepresented or absent from AI-generated answers. Generative Engine Optimization requires its own methodology.

Monitoring is not enough

Businesses need to know why they are missing from AI responses, what to fix, and what to do next. Tracking alone does not move the needle.

Every business is different

The right GEO strategy depends on prompts, sources, model behavior, authority, and category context. There is no one-size-fits-all approach.

Outcomes over complexity

Clients want a partner that understands GEO deeply and can turn that understanding into measurable AI visibility improvements.
