Two ways to build your GEO offer

White-label the platform. Or white-label us.

Put your agency name on the complete ReachLLM platform and run GEO yourself. Or find the clients and let our team deliver the GEO program behind your brand, backed by an agreed KPI guarantee.

The direct answer

What is white-label AI visibility?

It is AI search monitoring, reporting, and optional GEO execution delivered under your agency’s name.

ReachLLM supplies the infrastructure behind the service. Every client gets a separate project covering their brand, competitors, prompts, answers, citations, and sources. Your agency remains the visible strategic partner.

White-label eligibility

Start with three client accounts.

Agency branding is available once you have at least three client accounts ready to onboard. That threshold lets us configure a real multi-client workspace, standardize reporting, and build an operating model around an active portfolio.

KPI

Managed delivery guarantee

A measurable commitment, agreed before work begins.

Every white-label managed engagement defines the client’s baseline, target KPI, prompt set, reporting method, and three-month measurement window in the signed agreement. If ReachLLM misses that agreed KPI, we continue the managed work without additional service fees until the target is reached.

The guarantee applies to the contractually agreed KPI. It is not a promise that every prompt will cite or recommend the client.

The client experience

Your name in front.
ReachLLM underneath.

Clients see a clear, defensible view of where they appear in AI answers and what your agency is doing about it.

01

A separate client workspace

Prompts, competitors, markets, sources, and history stay organized by account.

02

Agency-branded visibility

The client-facing dashboard displays your agency’s name once three clients are onboarded.

03

Evidence, not vanity metrics

Open the raw answers, inspect citations, compare competitors, and explain why a score changed.

04

Work tied to outcomes

Report the pages, technical fixes, and source outreach shipped against the same fixed prompt set.

Questions shaping the category

Show up where agency buyers are already asking.

These are the commercial questions appearing across agency pages, product comparisons, and practitioner discussions. ReachLLM’s supporting content cluster will answer each question directly and connect it back to this offer.

White-label GEO fulfillment

From missed prompt to shipped fix.

Measure

Buyer-intent prompts, competitors, model coverage, citations, sentiment, and source evidence.

Diagnose

Identify whether the gap is content, entity clarity, technical readiness, or third-party authority.

Execute

Create commercial pages, articles, page revisions, structured data, technical fixes, and source pitches.

Verify

Run the same prompts again and report changes alongside the work your agency delivered.

A report clients can trust

Prove the work without pretending AI is deterministic.

Every report preserves the prompt set, engine mix, raw answers, cited sources, and completed actions. The result is a client conversation about evidence and execution, not a decorative score.

Common questions

Everything to settle before onboarding.

What can my agency white-label?+

You can white-label the ReachLLM platform and client-facing dashboards, use ReachLLM as a white-label managed GEO team, or combine both in a hybrid delivery model.

Does the dashboard show my agency’s name?+

Yes. For eligible agency programs, the client-facing dashboard displays the agency’s name.

How many clients do I need for white labeling?+

An agency must have at least three client accounts ready to onboard before white-label setup is considered.

Can I start a GEO agency and let ReachLLM do the work?+

Yes. Your agency can find and manage the clients while ReachLLM performs the GEO work defined in the white-label managed engagement.

Does white-label managed GEO include a guarantee?+

Yes. The baseline, target KPI, prompt set, three-month measurement window, and remedy are defined in the signed agreement. If the agreed KPI is missed, ReachLLM continues the managed work without additional service fees until the target is reached.

Can my agency use only the white-label software?+

Yes. Agencies can use the branded platform with their own delivery team, choose ReachLLM managed fulfillment, or agree a hybrid division of work.

Which AI engines are included?+

The standard plans include ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, and Gemini. Claude is available as an add-on.

How many client projects are included?+

Scale includes up to 10 projects. Enterprise Agencies includes unlimited projects, subject to pooled prompt, audit-page, and execution-credit allowances.

What does managed GEO fulfillment include?+

Depending on scope, it can include prompt and competitor baselines, source analysis, commercial and educational content, page updates, structured data, technical GEO fixes, third-party outreach, repeat measurement, and branded reporting.

Who approves content and website changes?+

The agency and ReachLLM define the approval workflow during onboarding. No managed content, technical, outreach, or publishing work should proceed without the agreed client or agency authorization.

How is the white-label program scoped?+

White-label platform access and managed GEO fulfillment are scoped after the agency meets the three-client requirement. ReachLLM then maps the client portfolio, delivery responsibilities, reporting needs, and rollout in a strategy call.

Can I use the service to win new clients?+

Yes. Agencies can use a free AI visibility report to demonstrate a prospect’s current mentions, citations, competitors, and source gaps before proposing a recurring program.

Does the guarantee promise a citation for every prompt?+

No. The guarantee applies to the KPI defined in the signed engagement. ReachLLM does not promise that every tracked prompt will cite or recommend the client.
